Today we paid a visit to our metalworking friends at their workshop down the road.
Andy and Graham from Utopia Forge have been crafting metal for 20 years in their fully-equipped studio.
They recently started cutting a marker we have designed for the start of the North Downs Way and we went along to shoot some video and get some photos of the two at work welding, plasma cutting and grinding.
We are putting together a video to really show off the beauty and skill in their work but here are some photos for now.
The plasma cutting (above and second picture below) in particular creates some wonderful sparks!
